Nothing wrong with glamping per se and we are all supportive of rural diversification to ensure the continued livelihood for our farmers and smallholders however when the silence of the countryside is regularly shattered by pounding music and riotous hen nights that go on to the early hours then it is time to make a stand!

The local council however were of the mind to only consider the partial application covering five seasonal yurts and not the attendant partying that is associated with the wider area of the site (and advertised as such).
